I had a baby in October 2016, the father and I both signed acknowledgment of paternitynand the birth certificate. We are not, nor have we ever, been married. I have my daughter full time, and we aren't doing anything about custody or in the court system. The only times he's seen his daughter is when I pick him up for visits that we've scheduled.. I recently received a job offer in another state, along with acceptance to a school for nursing. I have family there as well. My question is this- am I able to move with my child out of state? Would it be considered parental kidnapping?

If I am renting a unit for $550 utilities included. And the day of my son's birthday a real estate agent who claims to be the property manager comes to my door Saying I had to remove my kids portable kiddie pool. It was 6 ft wide 10 in deep. On my porch next to my front door. She serves me for days later with a notice to terminate lease agreement due to material non-compliance. If there's nothing in the least stating I can't use a kiddie pool. Is this document legal?

My landlord turned off the heat to the entire apt complex a week ago, and stated that it can't be turned back on. It is reasonable to presume that without heat, the temperature inside the residing units will be comparable to outside. I tried to submit, in writing, a letter requesting that by purchasing an adequate heater to heat my unit during this time, I may apply the amount spent on the heater, with proof of receipt, to be deducted from my rent for the month of March, 2015. I cited 33-1324 and 33-1364 in the letter. The landlord denied the request. How enforceable is my principle?
