I recently divorced, and due to an error the request to restore my maiden name was not checked on the decree. I currently live out of state for graduate school, though I still hold an AZ driver's license and remain registered as a resident in Pima County. Since I am out of state, how do I now go about getting my name restored?

For the past 4 months my landlord has put the wrong name on my rent statement. All paid on time and signed by them but my name on the agreement is wrong by their doing. Could this effect me? What if I'm not getting the credit for all my paid on time rent?

I would like to enforce my divorce decree. In the decree my ex husband was to buy me out of a portion of our business. He had 2 years to buy out my portion with an agreed upon amount. He is refusing to do so. What do I need to file in order to enforce this? The business is still operating and he is employed by it.

I've been renting from this lady for about two years and she's been telling me she wants to self. but when she sells that she would put me on a lease. so I would not lose my place to live. an then all the sudden yesterday she brings me a letter of termination. Then told me I need to move out in 2 months. I'm a single father I barely making the bills. an we're in the middle of a pandemic right now? I'm afraid that I may not be able to find a place that I can afford and will accommodate my needs. and does she have to pay a relocation fee to have me move in the middle of a pandemic.
