  • Hello my son is 3 years old. A year ago hisfather left we chose to be civil and not go to court. I am now going into the airforce and letting his father and my family care for him. I am scared his father will keep him instead of sticking to the plan we made. Can I give temporary guardianship to someone I trust?
  • Two weeks ago I had a discussion with my landlord and his wife about being two weeks late on my rent and would need to pay it on the 14th of November. They were kind and said that would be fine and to come in around rent time to fill out a promissory note. During that time and now his (the landlord's) wife left him because he was very abusive. Now Sunday Nov 2nd I went in to fill out the contract to pay on the 14th and the landlord said he was evicting anyone who had anything to do with her. What can I do I am a single dad with no family in AZ.

There are black bees and the regular bees coming inside the house since I moved in They have no sprayed for bugs like they said.   • I was charged almost 500 dollars in water usage, but the landlord does not want to have someone come check the meter that is owed by them and is also charging a service fee on top of the water bill every month, and I was told by that they are not supposed to be making money of the water they are only supposed to charge what the city charges them and not make a profit out of it. Is it true they can't make a profit and how can I proceed legally on my 500 dollar water charge if I know I don't have any leaks that could originate that 500 dollar charge?

  • I moved out of my rental home 2 months ago, 6 months prior to my leasr end date. It was agreed upon mutually by myself and landlord that I could break the lease, as the home was in short sale and an offer had been made on the hone. Today I get an email from my landlord stating that the short sale did not get approved and they are asking for me to pay to have the carpets cleaned, both the front and backyard landscaped and the home cleaned. First off, the home was cleaned when we left and the yard was fine. Can they ask for this to be done 2 mos later because their deal fell through?
