the apartments where I lived took me to court for nonpayment it went to trial and was dismissed because of no show from apartments. Now what? do they not get the rent they wanted? they wouldn't process my October payment and tried to say in court that I slid it under office door(not true) and that's what took this to trial.Theres a lot more to the story, im on section 8 and only pay portion of rent. They have recognized that I pay $271.00 but still bill me $618.00 and for utilities when they are included for everyone. So again where's that leave me.

My wife and I own a park model home and live here year around. We are both over 70. This is a 55+ park which is fenced and security good. We love living here due to secure area. I was e mail about loan for $8000.00 and all I had to do was send three months payments in advance which I did the day when there wrer to mak a deposit to my account I got call from the tell me that I had to purchase a inserunce for the loan and all I had to do was ppay $750.00 1/2 of the cost so I had it canceled the loan and ask for my money back they told me it would take 14 to30 days befor I could get it io told I needed it back that day they said they would,this has put me in avery bad money problem because of being on ssi diabilty my bill are going to suffer and Imy credit is going to take a big hit I have to pay for a truck payment and rent and insurance I have no othere way to gover them I neeed to get them to return that money by the end of this week, I need help. In 2008 I was convicted of a undesignated class 6 in AZ that was supposed to be reduced to a misdemeanor after I completed probation which I did (got early release) and paid all my fines. It shows up as a felony on background checks . Can I get this expunged/set aside? or even changed to a misdemeanor like it was supposed to be ?

I am a new manager and I discover today that one of my tenants,who lives with boyfriend in an apartment that they rent, has her minor daughter living with her boyfriend,which is not a minor, in the apartment for a while.In the lease are only mother,mother´s boyfriend and daughter.What can I do? I got hurt doing a job at a flea market site for extra money, I was paid to pick up trash and to weed eat the property. I was weed eating and fell down an embankment and cut my leg. Is the owner responsible to pay for my medical bills?
