How soon after filing for a refund on property taxes will the refund be deposited to my checking account?

I have a buyer for my mobile home and the mobile home park that I rent a space from told me I can not sell my mobile home until I fix the cracked concrete driveway and remove a storage shed that was there when I purchased the home 20 yrs ago. Is this legal?

Does a 20ft x 20ft area of sand filled with animal waste that is potent enough to be smelled 100 ft away count as a violation of implied warranty of habitability? Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

So my landlord is selling his place its now sold do they have to honer our lease can they raise our rent

My girlfriend and i are having a baby in may. She is legally separated from her ex but not fully divorced. She has been in the middle of trying to divorce him for a year and 2 months now but for some reason its taking an extremely long time. i want to know if our baby will be considered mine, and if i will have legal rights and be put onto her birth certificate....please any insight will be greatly appreciated.
