  • My daughter owns a home in Peoria and has enough land for me to sit a mobile home or motor home on to live in. Is there any law or zoning restrictions i have to obey?

The Social Security laws have recently been changed to let divorced,disabled widows have the same laws,which were worded differently before my case was heard!   • Ok thank you for this opportunity to ask a question. To add a parking spot covered that is a extra $15 or so a month. Can the landlord demand a new lease with the parking option? We don't want to start a whole new lease and that shouldn't be allowed it doesn't seem fair. The spots are always available they are not a high demand option
  • If I am filing a small claim for wrongly withholding deposit, do I bring my claim against the landlord or the property management company, or both? The property management company is who made the decision to withhold the deposit.
  • I own a mobile home and rent a lot. I recieved an immediate eviction notice due to criminal acts. My 7 year old son was playing and broke a window on a vacant trailor owned by the park. we did not know until the eviction came. he is the only biracial child gets blamed for EVERYTHING. there is a boy a few doors down who purposely broke out windows on two trailors and set fire to the park grass and he's still here. there are other kids who have vadalized etc and they are still here. where do we go from here? is this discrimination?
