The mother has informed the judge at our last settlement that she has moved back into her dad's house and plans to quit her job to go to school fulltime. My concern is with me currently paying child support, will that amount increase due to her deciding not to work, especially when all her expenses will be accounted for by her dad?

I showed up with rent for both months, and she said, no I am not going to rent I am going to evict you. So, I left came back for my stuff, and Feb 2018 I get a bill for $18k that I need to pay for the 12 months. Is that legal?

I have a signed lease agreement with two other undergrad college students. One has vacated the property and has requested that the Landlord approve a sub-lease. There is a modification clause stating that all party's must approve in writing any changes to the lease. Can the other roommate and the Landlord move anyone they want into the residence without the approval of the other two that are remaining? There is a sub-lease clause as well stating that a sub-lease may be granted with the approval of the Landlord.

This past February (2014) my kids father and myself came to an agreement that he would take the kids to school two days a week. However he takes them to school late often, they're not finishing homwork, and are loosing sleep because he lives far so theyre waking up about an hour earlier then when i have them. Is there anything i can do about this? Ive tried resolving this with him but he refuses.

I’ve been renting my condo for a year and a half. For the past 8 months we have experienced flooding issues when it rains. My landlord replaced the carpet but since it keeps flooding and now it smells awful like mold. I want them to bring in professionals as I have two children under 5 living in that room specifically that keeps flooding. They keep putting it off and the smell is unbearable. I’ve seen mold growing on the window but I believe this is under the carpet or in the walls. What can I do!? My lease isn’t up for another 6 months.

With our state on stay at home order due to the pandemic are we still having to provide our child for visitations even if it would mean the child would travel to another city and be more exposed as a result? And if so wouldn’t that be breaking the stay at home order? If we don’t do it would that be considered breaking the visitation order?
