QUESTIONS

  • My husband wants a divorce and only married 9mo. He moved his girlfriend into our home yes I am still in the home also! This is adultery and illegal in the state of AZ! Our home loan is in his name only but title is in both. We started the paperwork before marriage but closed on the home after married. We have a car loan in both our name. He is telling me that his lawyer said I’m not in titled to anything because he is the one who pays the bills. He is a City Emp with retirement and savings similar to a 401k. He is pushing to sign the divorce papers now and leave with nothing. I helped build!
  • We are owners of a double wide in a moblie home park in Tucson.  We live out of state and for the last 5 months have received only partial payments and at this time a tenant is 4 months past due in agreed payments. We have had several issues with this problem, and feel we can no longer allow this person to occupy our property and would like to have someone tell us how we can go about serving notice for an eviction. We have read the laws of Arizona and know that a paper has to be obtained, filed, and paid for by us and then sent on to the occupant of property.  How can we start this procedure?

  • My home was forclosed on 2yrs ago after my real estate agent tried for 2 long years to short sale it.  Mortgager #1 denied all offers for the first 1.5yrs, while 2nd mortgager was agreeable.  Final offer was finally accepted by Mortgager #1 but 2nd mortgager completely blocked the sale by rejecting offer.  Now 2nd mortgager still sends me mortgage bills and calls me daily to try to collect this debt!  They also report my payment as LATE EVERY MONTH! Is there any way to get them to leave me be?  Do they have the legal right to harass me even though they are the reason I went through this foreclosure?
