QUESTIONS

  • If I am on vacation out of state can I use my AHCCCS at a local doctor?
  • How many days after a 5 day notice do I actually have to be taken to court?
  • We have a park model home in a park here in ehrenberg, and we just received an email stating our space fee will increase 45% (300 to 425) beginning August 1st. That is only 11 days notice. In the same email it was stated that the park manager had made a mistake and did not charge this amount beginning January 2016 due to his own error. He states that he will forego the 1050 difference and just implement the new rate going forward. Is there a minimum amount of time they need to notify us of the increase? 30 days or something?

  • I moved into a condo where the walls are extremely thin. I am a middle unit and have no problems with the unit to my left, but the noise to my right. HOA board members, neighbors, and police officers have been in my unit to witness the noise. The noisy neighbor is a renter. We had a mandatory meeting with myself (owner), the renters, the HOA board,and the other owner, to no avail. The HOA wants me to get incident numbers for every time I make a noise complaint (at least 2x/wk). They say they fine the owner per complaint, but this has been continuous since Nov. It's Aug. What can I d0?
  • Small Claims Court -- What are the boundaries of cases that can be brought before this court?
  • I was influenced to redo a Secondary motor vehicle finance transaction. A rep from the office called and urged me to go in, cash out on my loan, and do another one. I told them I no longer own the vehicle and they said it's okay and come in anyways. I am now being sued for defaulting on the loan but I was wondering if I could fight it? The contract was signed under false pretenses.
  • Do I was given a 60 day notice to vacate from my landlord because he said the property was going to be sold. If they dont sell the property and put it up for rent can I pursue legal actions? I feel like they gave me a 60 day notice because their maintenance man moved things around in my yard which allowed my dog to get out of my yard and I told the landlord I would take the maintenance man to court if something happened to my dog and 2 weeks later got the notice and 2 weeks after that someone hit and killed my dog... what can I do?

We are wondering what legal options we have since the answer we are getting from all agencies is that we just have to deal with it and work it out ourselves. We are looking for help of any kind including juvenile detention or detainment in a health facility. I am afraid to leave the house if our son is there and afraid of what he might do in the middle of the night since he has uttered death threats.
