We are leasing a home with a pool. The problem is with the owner chosen pool person. We do not have a working relationship with this person and the property mgmt has told us he locked the pump timer per owners instructions. I would like to know the law regarding children visiting family members outside the state. i understand that a parent can't take a child out of state without the others permission, but can children go visit family members without the other parent standing in the way/ My ex prevented my children from visiting HIS family over the winter vacation, because he would not give consent and told everyone that they would be violating a court order if they went. is that true or can the children leave the state if they are not with a parent/

My granddaughter currently lives with her maternal grandfather (he has guardianship of her) The biological parents are NOT involved. Both have had drug addiction problems. When my son, granddaughters father, moved back home the guardian would not allow me to see my granddaughter. I was taking her every weekend for several months until I got a job over nights and every other weekend. Then I took her on my weekends off for over a yr. Shes always been part of my life. I believeI I contribute to her happiness and well-being. How do I get visitation rights?

I have forms to add my name to my Birth Certificate from 2002, but got sick and did not complete. Can I still use the forms and how much do I need to pay? I can not get through by phone, why is that?

I rent a home, pay the mortgage payment directly to mortgage company. I found out the actual owner is having all her real property siezed by the government due to money laundering. If she cannot prove home was purchased legally. Since I have been making my monthly payments to a mortgage company for the past 3 years do I have any rights?
