  • Is there a time of year a landlord has to turn on the air conditioning
  • I'm a LCPL in the Marine Corps and I live in the barracks on base. I was told by my higher ups that if I have 50% custody I can qualify for a house. So that i can bring my daughter out, not for the whole 6 months but a couple weeks out of the year, she's 5 now. My ex has said she was ok with it but we are not doing anything throgh the courts and my command wants documentation. What would i need to prove 50% custody?
  • My 2 daughters reside at clear creek apartments flagstaff...they pay 1250 a month for their apartment. In the amenities it list HEAT is one the items provided in the apartment. They have a THERMOSTAT SWITCH in the apartment. When they did their walk through they were instructed to turn on to be sure it was in working order it WASNOT they told management and have NOT RECEIVED ANY response. They have been told nothing about it. I have sent emails and placed phone calls to have no response. What can we do. They are freezing. Short of buying space heaters for every room and run the risk of fire

The custodial parent lived in CA at the time of order, but filed in WA. The non-custodial parent now resides in AZ. If the non-custodial parent was to modify the support order, what state would that be in …. in AZ? Or is jurisdiction still WA?
  • How can I be eligible for the first offenders program? Since this is my first offense. I have recently been charged with a class 6 felony.
