we have lived in this RV park for two months now we're getting evicted for nonpayment of rent but we didn't get a written notice or anything are they required to give us a written notice

Back in 2011 I was charged w/ felony 13-3415 (F6) DRUG PARAPHERNALIA VIOLATION 13-3407 13-3407 (F4) DANGEROUS DRUG VIOLATION and was offered a Diversion Program of which I completed...are these charges going to come up on a background check for a fingerprint clearance card and is there anyway to get them off my record altogether?

My significant other and I have a child, we are not married, nor is there any court order in place in regards to child custody. We have been living together in CA for the past 3 years and I want to move to AZ with my child without her. Do i need her permission to do that? I have already planned on filing for sole custody once i get to AZ.

My mother is 85 and being treated by a naturopathic doctor. My sister and I are concerned that the care she is getting is harming her overall health. We have contacted the Naturopathic Physician Medical Board to file a complaint. They are willing to move forward and subpoena her medical records for review. The problem is that they say there is no way to keep this physician from mentioning it to our mother. We feel that our mother puts an abnormal amount of "faith" in this physician and that she has been, for lack of a better word, "brainwashed" into believing that he can do no harm. We want to proceed without fear that he will convince my mother that we are "the bad guys." What do we need to do to proceed without fear that he will discuss this with our mother? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

My dad left when i was baby. He just came back into my life a year ago, my mom has custody of me. But this past year i have been emointally abused and have had a few situatons with being physically abused as well. This is causing my school work to drop, and i cant take living here anymore.
