  • I rented a mobile home on an acre. The land owner has a management company who signed the lease. collects the rent and does all the repairs. The land owner comes onto the property at will he has two storage sheds behind the house. He also owns the lot next to mine which is empty and refuses to move the storage shed on to it. I have made two complaints to the management company about the land owner about him coming onto the property with out notice. both times the land owner than has a issue with the yard.   • My uncle passed away and owned an RV and other property that he paid lot fees inside an RV park. He has lived there for many years. The RV Manager and Owner are refusing to allow payments to keep the lot reserved while we get court papers to become executor of his estate. They intend to "evict" for non-payment if we have not removed the property by the end of the month. They will not let us access to his property without court papers. Can they refuse to accept payment from us and what are they legally required to do with his property?
  • I DROVE my car to a shop. It had made a noise. Gave key to owner. He told mechanic to drive me to work in my car. He did not. He drove the other way. He drove for a couple of blocks then floored the gas. 50 - 60 ft the engine was grinding. He broke the timing belt and destroyed the engine. The owner refused to pay. I contacted att gen office. Have heard nothing. (Appr. 4 weeks). Now owner called and told me to remove or he will tow as abandoned. I had to use retirement fund for rentals and another car. If i remove vehicle, is he removed from responsibility?
