Our lease has no provision in regarding pest control and landlord being able to charge for pest control services if infestation is found. Our landlord is trying to do this to residents who are mostly SMI or disabled who only means is a monthly check and being on sec 8 or home inc. They don't understand they have rights and are afraid of being evicted as this is what they've been told. I know Residents whohave requested pest service and not received due to not being put on list for service and apts that have bug problems or infestations are being rented then tenants blamed for. My next door neighbor has a 4 yr. old autistic grandson who keeps throwing toys and small objects over the block wall into my back yard. He has also thrown a rock and smashed his mother's car windshield. You'd think they'd keep these projectiles out of his reach or supervise him better! I have small dogs who have already chewed plastic toys into sharp pieces, and I worry about them choking or getting hit in the head. What are my rights, and what can I do?

In mid October I agreed to let a female army veteran stay in my camp trailer for two weeks. We have no contract and I didn't ask for rent but she said she would help out. I ran an electricic an cord to the trailer and told her to use a bathroom in the house. It's December 15th and she's still here. So far she's contributed $35 towards food and utilities and recieved mail. Twice she threatened to call the police because she has the right to shower and to use my electricity. I would like to know how to remove her by Christmas without a legal battle, what rights she actually has, mine also.

I have a 5 year old and she has my maiden name as her last name (her biological father is not in the picture and never has been) I recently got married and would like to hyphenate her last name with my maiden name and my married name. How would I go about doing that? Is it possible to do without her "fathers" permission since I couldn't even tell you where he is?

I need names ADDED to filed certificates, not changed. There are no court order forms for this as required by the Office of Vital Records (R9-114 thru R9-118) This set of twins only needs to add given names, not change their surnames. The forms available are not accurate for this situation and cannot be used without major adjustments. Need these certificates immediately for plane travel requiring ID. HELP
