I am currently involved in a custody case that requires I take a parenting class. I was involved in a seperate custody case(the child was not with my soon to be ex) a year ago and took the class. Do I need to retake the parenting class for this case or will the class I took last year work?

The AC for my rental property went out (single family property) and I recieved a text message from the tenant that evening (no written notice of any sort). I could not find anyone to come out and fix it the next day. So tenant had no ac for one full day. They rented a hotel room for one night and deducted it plus food from the next monthly rent. My question is, under section 33-1364 the amount can not exceed 125% of periodic rent, what does "periodic rent" mean? Monthly rent amount or daily rent amount (monthly rent divided by 30 or 31 days)? Thank you so much

I'm a Disabled Veteran, my husband is active army - we met on active duty 2008 & married 2012. Due to him physically and mentally abusing me, we seperated end 2014, had a separation agreement in place since we lived in NC. We toyed with reconciling during 2015 and 2016. Feb 2017, despite being in contact with each other, he filed for divorce in TX, filed a false affidavit that he couldn't find me, and had a default judgement granting divorce. He cleared out our 3600 sqft home in NC of all our joint & personal property and dropped my daughter from ins. How to make his wrongs, right?

How can I kick my ex girlfriend out of the home I own? broke up with my ex about 2 yrs ago. She didn't have anywhere else to go so I let her stay. She pays 30% rent and the water bill. I have repeatedly asked her to move out for months. I moved her stuff to the garage when she refused. I gave her an eviction notice for 30 days. She said that I can't legally evict her since she has established residency at my home and gets mail. I am being held hostage in my own home. I want to move on with my life and my new relationship.

I filed for a temporary order for parenting time and sent the papers to the last known address, and the papers were returned to me. What happens if i don't get them delivered because I have no clue where he lives at, with my children? Does my childrens father have the right to keep his address from me when there's no custody order and I also have a order of protection against him

My divorce and custody order was done in Arizona. My ex husband and I both moved out of state over a year ago. Is our court order from Arizona still valid or do we need to go back to court? Thank you for your help!
