Two of my rental properties have stopped watering their lawns, so now all grass is gone. I pay for landscaping when my tenants water or there are weeds, but no need lately with no grass or weeds. My concern, though, is that both homes have large queen palms, that are dying or dead from no watering, I believe. If lack of watering kills the palms, can I charge the renter for the removal? I currently have a 80/20 home mortgage. The first is with one lender and is a 30 year fixed. The second is with a different lender and is a 15 year balloon fixed. Does Arizona's non deficiency stipulation apply to both loans or just the first. I am concerned about foreclosing and then being pursued in collection by the second loan holder.

How on earth can a property manager charge me $11,640 after eviction due to non payment of 45 days? Home was re rented in less than 30 days and only took 4 hours to get ready to rent( I know this because of next door neighbors)!

I called the landlord re: the AC had went out and had provided him with my sons contact number. The landlord then called me at the time of my work on my personal cell and started to yell at me due to no contact with my son. At that time my son was on the phone with the AC tech. And now the landlord wants me to pay $100.00 towards the repair, but this has happened 3 times now and never had asked me to pay towards the repairs.

I have a 2 year old child with my ex. we were never married and never went through the courts to establish custody. He moved out of state when my son was 3 months old and has only seen him a few times. My fiance is in the army and we will be relocating to texas when he gets home from his deployement. Is there a law that can stop my ex from letting me leave the state with my son, even though he doesnt even live here?
